LCH launches DigitalAssetClear

LCH SA, a French-registered subsidiary of the London Clearing House Group, has launched the DigitalAssetClear service that will provide market participants with access to the clearing of digital asset derivatives traded on GFO-X.
Marcus Robinson, head of DigitalAssetClear and CDSClear at LCH, comments: 鈥淭he regulated clearing infrastructure within LSEG鈥檚 post-trade ecosystem has allowed us to build something meaningful for our participants and address the availability of options for a rapidly growing asset class.

Built for institutional investors, GFO-X is the UK鈥檚 first centrally cleared multilateral trading facility dedicated to digital asset futures and options, regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
